Simon Williams
Co-founder
Simon has 17 years' experience in Sales, Events and Hospitality Management as well as travel and tourism, where he has managed large teams across the UK and Europe. He has been involved in the launches of several successful brands and businesses across the UK in hospitality, retail and travel and worked with influencers, sports and TV personalities.
"I believe aftercare is as important if not more important than the initial sale and carrying out a project. This is vital as it helps build networks and relationships which are the core to the success of a business. "
Simon's passions are travelling, having lived in 6 countries, he loves meeting new people and learning about new cultures. He is a big lover of football and rugby union, Czech pilsner and Romanian food.
Fay Williams
Co-founder
Fay has 10 years of Recruitment, sales and business development experience, working with international food manufacturing and engineering firms. She has also spent over 5 years working for regional and national charities within fundraising, business development and event management.
"I enjoy listening to clients who need help, empathising and working with them to create ideas and solutions, being there at the end of the phone, problem solving and enjoy seeing a business thrive and grow."
Fay's passions are languages, speaking Spanish, a little German and Italian, she has lived in Spain and Romania. Like Simon, she loves travelling, meeting new people and visiting new places, she does not however love football or rugby union! Is also partial to Czech pilsner and Romanian food.
