Co-founder

Simon has 15 years' experience in Sales, Events and Hospitality Management as well as travel and tourism, where he has managed large teams across the UK and Europe.  He has been involved in the launches of several successful brands and businesses across the UK in hospitality, retail and travel and worked with the likes of X Factor and TV personalities.

Simon is now dedicated in using his skill set to help other brands and businesses grow and succeed.

Fay Williams
Co-founder

Fay has 10 years of Recruitment experience across the UK, and she has also spent over 4 years working for regional charities within fundraising and event management.  

Fay is all things Operations and Logistics, using her experience within HR and recruitment as well as stakeholder management to aid businesses with their behind the scenes operations.

"I enjoy working closely with Managers, Owners and the wider team to help support them in any way they need.  From job descriptions, to risk assessments, through to application forms, tenders and building relationships with local councils.  Anything that needs completing behind the scenes to make sure the front of house and sales can take place and the business can keep moving."
